Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The Ascend Prive LLC Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and organizations to earn commissions by referring qualified researchers to ascendprive.shop. Affiliates receive a unique tracking code or link to share. When a buyer completes a qualifying purchase using that code or link, the Affiliate earns a commission as outlined in Section 4.

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Affiliates must have an active online presence (website, social media, or professional platform).
• Affiliates must agree to comply with all applicable FTC, FDA, and platform advertising guidelines.
• Affiliates must not have been previously terminated from the Ascend Prive LLC Affiliate Program.
• Ascend Prive LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Per the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), every affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Ascend Prive LLC in all promotional content. Required disclosure language:

“I am a paid affiliate of Ascend Prive LLCand may earn a commission on purchases made through my link.”

This disclosure must appear at the BEGINNING of all sponsored content, not at the end.

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from the following. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions:

• Making any health claim, therapeutic claim, or human use implication about any Ascend Prive LLC product in any promotional content.
• Using any language that implies our products are intended for human consumption, self-injection, or personal use.
• Sharing or demonstrating personal use, dosing protocols, reconstitution instructions, or injection tutorials.
• Running paid advertising using Ascend Prive LLC trademarks or product names without prior written approval.
• Spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or deceptive traffic generation practices.
• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements.
• Targeting audiences under 18 years of age.
• Posting content on platforms that prohibit research chemical promotion (including but not limited to TikTok paid ads, Meta paid ads without prior approval).

Affiliates may promote Ascend Prive LLC using the following compliant approaches:

• Educational content discussing published scientific research on peptides — citing peer-reviewed sources.
• Content discussing Ascend Prive LLC's purity standards, COA documentation, and supplier credentials.
• Brand awareness content discussing Ascend Prive LLC as a research supplier — lab imagery, science-focused messaging.
• Content explicitly framed for a research professional audience — not a consumer wellness audience.

Ascend Prive LLC reserves the right to request pre-approval of any affiliate content before publication. Affiliates agree to submit content for review upon request and to make changes required for compliance. Ascend Prive LLC holds final approval rights over all affiliate content referencing our products or brand.

Ascend Prive LLCmay terminate any affiliate's participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Affiliate Terms, violation of FTC guidelines, or conduct that creates legal or reputational risk for Ascend Prive LLC. Terminated affiliates forfeit all pending commissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ascend Prive LLC reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
