At Ascend Prive LLC, we are committed to delivering verified, research-grade peptides meeting our published purity standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All sales policy
Due to the nature of research-grade biological peptides and strict purity, identity, and contamination-control requirements, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Eligible refund circumstances
Refunds or replacements may be issued at the sole discretion of Ascend Prive LLC in the following verified circumstances only:

Non-refundable circumstances
- Change of mind or order placed in error — all sales are final once processed.
- Improper storage by the buyer resulting in product degradation.
- Orders seized by customs due to import restrictions in the buyer's jurisdiction.
- Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.
- Subscription orders cancelled after the billing date for that cycle.
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any manner.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or replacement, contact Ascend Prive LLC via the contact form at ascendprive.shop within the applicable timeframe listed above. Your request must include: (a) your order number; (b) a clear description of the issue; (c) photographic evidence of damage, wrong product, or other issue where applicable. Requests submitted outside the stated timeframes will not be considered.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Store credits are issued immediately upon approval. Ascend Prive LLC is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage buyers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks on valid orders will be disputed and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant fraud prevention databases.
