Shipping Policy

Ascend Prive LLC ships research-grade reference materials domestically and to select international destinations. The policy below sets out our processing windows, carrier options, packaging, and the rules that govern international, lost, or undeliverable orders.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment receipt. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging and storage on receipt
All lyophilized peptides are packaged with appropriate protective materials to maintain physical integrity during transit. Lyophilized powders are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit and do not require refrigerated shipping. Upon receipt, store all peptides at −20°C as indicated on the product label and Certificate of Analysis. Ascend Prive LLC is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage by the buyer after delivery.
Domestic shipping
We ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring signature confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as indicated during checkout. Shipping to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico and Guam may incur additional charges and extended transit times.
International shipping
IMPORTANT: International buyers are solely responsible for verifying that importation of research peptides is lawful in their country. Ascend Prive LLC will not issue refunds for orders seized by customs authorities.
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and inspections imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. International transit times vary by destination and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to the address on file when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at ascendprive.shop.
Lost or stolen packages
Ascend Prive LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact the carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist in the investigation but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed delivered.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Ascend Prive LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Address correction requests must be made before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made.
