By completing any purchase on ascendprive.shop, you unconditionally represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional purchasing peptides for legitimate in vitro or preclinical research purposes only.
• You will not use any product purchased from Ascend Prive LLC for human consumption, self-administration, or any therapeutic purpose.
• You will not resell any product purchased from Ascend Prive LLC for human consumption or in violation of applicable law.
• You understand that these peptides are not FDA-approved for human use and have not been evaluated by any regulatory authority for safety or efficacy in humans.
• You assume full and sole responsibility for any and all use of products purchased from Ascend Prive LLC.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are accurate and current. All purity data reflects third-party HPLC analysis conducted prior to shipment. We reserve the right to update product information at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Ascend Prive LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Bundle discounts and subscription discounts cannot be combined in a single transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ascend Prive LLC offers optional auto-ship subscription plans at discounted rates. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Ascend Prive LLC to charge your payment method automatically at the agreed interval. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date through your account portal or by contacting us directly. Subscription discounts may not be combined with affiliate, bundle, or promotional discounts unless expressly authorized.

You agree not to use this Site or any product purchased herein to:

• Resell or redistribute products in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

All content on ascendprive.shop, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, and software, is the property of Ascend Prive LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

Ascend Prive LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
